Client cleared of criminal charges thanks to ARROWS's meticulous defense
A precise criminal defence can lead to prosecution being discontinued when it systematically challenges the evidence and actively works with the client’s testimony and supporting material. In a public procurement case, ARROWS achieved the cancellation of the client’s prosecution in full. This article explains how evidence analysis, procedural strategy and carefully prepared testimony contributed to the result.
Our defense systematically dismantled the evidence presented by the criminal justice authorities and pointed out its fundamental weaknesses. At the same time, under our guidance, we involved the client in an active, carefully prepared testimony strategy and presented evidence based on the relevant facts. The result was the complete dismissal of the criminal charges.
